Cause and Effects (Continue)


Yesterday, I learned new unit “Cause and Effects”. Today, I learn “Cause and Effects (Continue).

What did you learn?

 Today, I learn “Cause and Effects” continue yesterday.

In the 1970s, there was an encouraging fall in the number of people who were killed in the accidents on U.S. highways. According to some experts, the most important factor in the increase was the 55 mph speed limit that was introduced in 1973. The original reason for lowering the speed limit was economic; the government was attempting to reduce gasoline use at a time when fuel prices were high.

Reading in the text, I can read but maybe I read wrong some word.
What did you find difficult?
Vocabulary is difficult. Because I've never seen before.
What did you solve the problem?
I find meaning from dictionary online by application on mobile phone. And ask to my friend.
